OUR FAMILY-RUN GUESTHOUSE:
- Please note that we are a family-run guesthouse. We pride ourselves in giving our guests the best service possible!
- This does mean however:
- We do not have a 24/7 reception or check-in. We will do our very best to personally meet and check-in all our guests.
- As owners, we will not be able to attend all needs always.
- We ask our guests to respect our privacy and our staff equally.
- If something is broken or missing, please make us aware and we will try to fix it or replace it for you.
- We are open and welcoming to anyone, please try to return the favor.
OUR RATES AND POLICIES:
- Our Rates and Policies are at the discretion of Villa Helderberg Guest House and are subject to change.
- Quoted in South African Rand (ZAR), exclusive of breakfast.
CHECKIN POLICY:
- Check in: between 14:00 – 17:00.
- Check out: by 11:00.
- A luggage drop off is permitted for any guests arriving before 14:00.
LATE CHECKIN POLICY:
- Please communicate your late arrival times with us well in advance.
- Please supply us with a direct contact number to reach you.
- Any arrivals after 20:00 will fall under our late check in policy.
- Pricing is tiered according to late arrival time, as alternative arrangements will need to be made.
- Minimum late arrival fee is R200.00.
EARLY CHECKOUT:
- We do not offer refunds on early check outs.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation charges are a percentage of full accommodation cost.
- Within 30 days or less prior to arrival – 100% charged
- No refunds during stay
SMOKING POLICY:
- Smoke detectors are located throughout our property.
- The inside of our building, including all our rooms are strictly No Smoking zones.
- Smoking is only allowed in designated outside areas.
VISITORS:
- Please consult us if you want to have visitors.
- During high season we charge R250 per day visitor.
- During low season we charge R200 per day visitor.
- We charge R750 for visitors wanting to stay after 22h00.
- No guests, parties or events without permission.
